Children’s Dentistry: gentle, child-friendly care for healthy little smiles

Our children’s dentistry service is designed to make every visit calm, positive and age-appropriate. From first check-ups to preventive care and restorative treatment, we focus on healthy development and on helping children feel comfortable with dental care from an early age.

Children’s Dental Check-ups & Consultations

Regular check-ups let us monitor your child’s teeth, gums and jaw development, spot problems early and guide you on brushing, diet and oral hygiene habits. Consultations also give parents the chance to ask questions and understand any treatment that may be needed.

Preventive Dental Care

Prevention is the best way to protect young teeth. We combine professional cleaning, oral hygiene education and dietary guidance to help reduce the risk of decay and keep teeth healthy as your child grows.

Fun-Coloured Fillings for Little Smiles

When a filling is needed, children can enjoy choosing a colour for it. This turns treatment into a more positive and less worrying experience while still restoring the tooth properly.

Tooth-Coloured Fillings

Tooth-coloured fillings repair decayed or damaged teeth and blend in with the natural shade of the tooth, giving a more natural appearance than traditional silver-coloured fillings.

Pulp Therapy for Milk Teeth

When decay or injury reaches the inner part of a milk tooth, pulp therapy can help treat the infection and save the tooth. Keeping milk teeth in place until they are ready to fall out helps with chewing, speech and guiding the permanent teeth into position.

Fluoride Treatment & Dental Sealants

Fluoride helps strengthen tooth enamel, and sealants add a thin protective coating to the deep grooves of back teeth where food and bacteria collect easily. Together they help protect teeth against decay.

Paediatric Dental Crowns

Crowns are used to protect and restore teeth that are badly decayed, weakened or damaged. A paediatric crown covers the tooth, restoring its strength and shape so your child can chew and smile comfortably.

Space Maintainers

If a milk tooth is lost earlier than expected, a space maintainer keeps the gap open. This helps the permanent tooth come through in the right position and can reduce the chance of crowding later.

Dental Trauma Management

Children can chip, loosen or knock out teeth during play or sport. We assess and manage dental injuries to relieve pain, protect the tooth and surrounding tissues, and plan the right follow-up care. If your child has an injury, contact the clinic as soon as possible.

Sedation Dentistry

For children who are very anxious or need longer treatment, sedation can help them stay relaxed during care. Suitability is assessed by the dentist for each child, and the options are explained clearly to parents beforehand.

Child-Friendly Dental Care & Behaviour Management

We use gentle, age-appropriate communication and positive behaviour management so children understand what is happening and feel safe. The aim is to build trust and help your child develop a comfortable, lifelong attitude to dental visits.
